(Collect for this coming Sunday, September 6th. One of my favorite parts of getting to plan worship is getting a sneak peak at how the Scripture passages and the Collect work hand in hand.)

ReplyDeleteLooks like this week's will be another to memorize to add to my arsenal of prayers. I really like becoming liturgical. These prayers mean so much--amazing how our lives are so very different from those who wrote these prayers--and yet not so very different at all. The human heart hasn't really changed that much in a few centuries, if we are honest.
